Fearless & Focused is a confidence-centered summer intensive designed specifically for young dancers who are ready to grow both technically and mentally.
Throughout the week, dancers will train in focused ballet technique while building the mindset tools needed to handle corrections, overcome fear, and perform with confidence. This intensive blends strong technical training with confidence coaching, helping dancers develop resilience, concentration, and stage presence in a supportive and empowering environment.
Fearless & Focused is about more than improving steps… it’s about training brave, staying disciplined, and learning how to show up fully without shrinking.

Fierce & Focused is a weeklong ballet intensive for dedicated dancers ages 12–13 who are ready to strengthen their technique and mindset. We’ll focus on refining ballet fundamentals, building strong technical foundations, and developing the mental clarity and motivation needed to thrive in class. Training includes Ballet, Pre-Pointe/Pointe and more! This program is intentionally kept small to provide personalized attention, and spots are limited.
